KKND2 mission. You are the hermes3 coding agent.

Work ONLY in /home/vx/src/openkknd-hermes (already created, seeded from openkknd). Read MISSION.md there.

Tasks:
1) cd /home/vx/src/openkknd-hermes
2) Use exec to run: ./build.sh  — fix any compile/link errors with real file edits (write/edit tools).
3) If build works, git init if needed and commit "kknd2: green build".
4) Write/update README.md with build/run instructions.
5) Optionally small improvements only after green build.

Do not touch /home/vx/openkknd or /home/vx/src/openkknd-qwen.
Use tools (exec, read, write, edit). Report what you did and build status.
