- One published meeting in that process (readable without login).
- Homepage block `highlighted_processes` published.
- Participant `isoc` on the host (`users.env`); password not in this repo.
- Seed: `scripts/decidim/seed-example.sh` / `configs/decidim/seed_example.rb`.
