bank: strip :443 from taler://withdraw URIs for wallet apps.
libeufin includes default HTTPS port; demo/auto-account APIs, refresh scripts, and landing JS now normalize hosts without :443. ensure-taler-apps also starts merchant ui-unlock after reboot.
