monitoring: pre-launch stacks report INFO not WARN

Browse source 
Empty EXPECT_CURRENCY + remote (prod LFP) is not live yet.
Preserve empty currency across child scripts (fix := vs =).
Exchange /config keys soft on remote stacks.
