android-test: smoke older wallet releases; blocker only if ≤14 days

Browse source 
Expand matrix with previous wallet-* tags (F-Droid APK or self-build).
Hard-fail only for released apps younger than BLOCKER_MAX_AGE_DAYS;
older releases and master remain warn-only.
