docs(landings): point e2e shop sync at standalone taler-monitoring

Browse source 
Merchant landing products stay aligned with check_e2e.sh in
hernani/taler-monitoring (~/src/taler-monitoring), not scripts/ under this repo.
Landing HTML source/commit footers still correctly reference koopa-admin-log.
